Brave New Rudolph

Listening to Tame Impala’s song “Nangs” caused this image of the Earth to pop into my mind. I used 3D Studio max to create this animation.

I came across some old Christmas cartoons while perusing Film Chest Vintage Cartoons, and they reminded me of Gil Mantera’s “Brave New Christmas”. I sliced and diced the cartoons not only to fit the song, but to create a slightly different narrative than the originals.
